Well I gotta agree, have been hosting with Webfusion and using 123-reg for domain management. A week or so ago they came under the banner of heart internet and basically trashed everything. They illegally(in my opinion) automatically changed all 123-reg domains over to heart without permission that were associated with the reseller account. This includes all my current and now ex customers who just happened to have their domains with 123 (they were asking me how this could be changed without their permission).

I really cannot believe someone could screw something up so royally and then not seem to give a damn what the consequences are.

So currently moving everything from 123-reg and shutting down my webfusion(heart internet) reseller account. What a bunch of clowns....

Really your post is really very good and I appreciate it. It’s hard to sort the good from the bad sometimes, but I think you’ve nailed it. You write very well which is amazing.

So brief yet those words create a great impact to us. You let our eyes open to the things that sometimes we just ignore. Thank you for making us aware of it.
