I'd be interested in reading that article. Do you know if it is available anywhere apart from behind the paywall of academic journals?

The problem is you are defining 'Asian' in relation to 'Muslim'

British Hindus and Sikhs have become near invisible and marginalised because of this.

Its actually very disturbing to see this, because its as a result of the noise and attention sought by Islamists, but also by wider society that seems unable to even understand the existence of British Hindus and Sikhs.

'Asian' is NOT a religious identity, let alone interchangeable with 'Muslim'
