Friday May 14th sees the release in the UK of American: The Bill Hicks Story.

Hicks was comfortably the greatest comedian of his generation, before dying aged 32 in 1994. His biting political satire, ability to ask questions of the audience, observational humour and brutal honesty are timeless.

This is as good an excuse as any to play this classic take on politics in America.....
