At Last - One Of Ken Livingstone' Policies Is Working

What has Ken Livingstone got right in his time as London mayor?

Er, well. Nothing - except of course for his excellent policy of clamping down on the silly old biddies and tourists who used to feed pigeons in Trafalgar Square. His legislation is now making progress - as tests on dead pigeons in the area show the rats with wings are starving.

Lets see no back tracking now this policy is working. Indeed Councils across London should now be looking at how they can best implement similar ideas locally.
